The Mission: ADHD & Autism Support
In the UK, nearly 1 million people are currently on waitlists for Autism or ADHD assessments. Half of them are children. These families are often at breaking point, feeling desperate and overwhelmed for years, with nothing out there to help. We have built an AI platform designed to provide immediate, evidence-based support the moment it's needed. We arenβt just building an app; we are building a lifeline.
The Role
You will own B2B revenue generation for Sylva, an app & SaaS platform helping families and services navigate neurodiversity and SEND. The role combines developing partnerships and hands-on selling across NHS, local authorities, education, third-sector, and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue and pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build, manage and continuously improve the opportunity pipeline, with clear stages, forecasts and win-rate tracking
- Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos and commercial negotiations tailored to clinical, commissioning and operational stakeholders
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue, opportunity and conversion targets agreed with the founder
- Partnerships and channels
- Identify, approach and nurture strategic partners that can distribute or bundle Sylva
- Structure and manage referral, reseller or revenue-share agreements, ensuring mutual value and clear commercial terms
- Act as day-to-day owner for key partner relationships, ensuring activation, usage and joint marketing actually happen
- Commercial strategy execution
- Feed market insight (pricing sensitivity, procurement constraints, funding routes, objections) back into product and marketing
- Help refine ICP, positioning and packages for different organisation segments
- Collaborate with the founder on tenders, pilots and business cases, contributing the commercial narrative, pricing and outcome measures
- Process, data and tooling
- Use an established sales methodology to manage the pipeline
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date; define the fields and reports needed to manage the funnel
- Create and iterate sales assets (decks, one-pagers, email templates, scripts) and share learning in a lightweight playbook
- Track and report key metrics (pipeline value, cycle length, conversion rates, ACV, churn/retention on early customers)
Requirements
Must Have:
- Senior experience in B2B sales or commercial roles, ideally in early stage SaaS, digital health, EdTech or public-sector sales
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative, solution-led, complex selling environment
- Comfortable selling into complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to move between product-level detail and outcome-focused value propositions
- Commercially numerate: confident building pricing options, basic business cases and projections
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup: hands-on, low-ego, able to work with incomplete information and iterate fast
Behaviours and culture fit
- Mission-aligned with improving support for ADHD & Autism
- Proactive self-starter who brings opportunities and solutions rather than waiting for instructions
- Collaborative: works closely with founder, product and any future marketing/resource rather than guarding "their" pipeline
- Data-informed: uses evidence from calls, pilots and metrics to refine approach, not just gut feel
