We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals. You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local communities to generate referrals, and utilizing a nearby super hub office to value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will oversee the instructions to completion, supported by sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff based at the hub office to manage the customer journey once the property is on the market. We seek individuals with at least 4 years of estate agency experience who desire the responsibility to run their own area within an employed environment, offering flexibility to work from home and in the office.
