Are you a motivated, people-focused, and excited to build a future in the property industry? We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Agent to join our team β€” no experience required. In this hands-on role, you will become a key part of our lettings operation: supporting tenants and landlords, learning how to manage property viewings, handling enquiries, and helping match people with their perfect home. From day one, you will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing development, all backed by the largest independent property group in the UK.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in East Ham , you will receive:

  • Β£28000OTE per year,
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
