If you\’re ready to kickstart a rewarding career and take on a new challenge, this is your chance. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator with the UK\’s largest independent property services group, no two days will be the same. You\’ll be building relationships, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants, and developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting industry. Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Remuneration and hours
- £28000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
