Overview
In this role you will design, develop and deliver training for about 250 colleagues across sales and customer experience at Spicerhaart Colchester.
You will ensure compliance, keep training materials up-to-date, and support cross-functional operations and apprenticeships.
You’ll lead blended learning initiatives and drive performance improvements aligned with the company’s customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver training programmes to improve colleague performance in sales and customer experience
- Ensure training meets procedural compliance and legislative requirements
- Create and maintain training manuals reflecting policy and legal updates
- Support Operations with manuals and process documentation
- Keep training materials current with company procedures and systems
- Stay updated on best practices in training and implement where appropriate
- Coordinate special projects and provide cover across the section
- Manage systems training and blended/e-learning solutions
- Deliver apprenticeship assessments on the Vocational Development Programme
- Aim for 100% course completion through mentoring and assessment
- Uphold company beliefs, standards and dress code
- Key requirements
- Degree standard education (ideally) with CIPD in Learning and Development or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in a sales, property or retail sales-related role
- Experience with learning platforms (advantageous)
- Experience with apprenticeship programmes and Level 2/3 assessments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, confident and flexible

- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
