Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. This fully-paid training experience includes:

  • Purpose‑built training location

Role Overview

The Trainee Lettings Negotiator will support the team by marketing properties, managing viewings, negotiating offers, and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants. You will also generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) – a company car is provided
  • Proof of commercial vehicle insurance before starting
  • Commitment to the training programme; if you leave within the first 12 months, reimbursement of training costs may be required.

Compensation

ÂŁ28,000 OTE per year

Uncapped commission

Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every Saturday
