We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression
- Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process
- Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

- Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)
- Complete on target earnings of £30,000 per year
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
- 65% - £250
- 75% - £500

- Register client details
- Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
- Mortgage advisers or lenders

What you need to bring to the table:
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
