Chewton Rose Colchester are expanding their prestigious team and are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their exceptional estate agency service for high-quality homes. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales journey — liaising with discerning vendors and buyers, arranging viewings for some of the area’s finest properties, and using your expertise to negotiate successful sales. If you’re an experienced negotiator with a passion for premium homes and a desire to represent one of the UK’s most respected estate agency brands, we’d love to hear from you.

A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator

  • Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old
