  • Basic salary range of £18,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • Uncapped commission target of £2,725 (in addition to basic salary)

  • Full-time hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays), 09:00-17:00 (one in four Saturdays, with a day off in lieu)

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventories

Skills and Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Experience in property management or related customer-facing/admin roles
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good telephone manner

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

  • Legal right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate)
  • Proof of address, National Insurance, and driver's license check
