Benefits of being a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh:
- Basic salary range of £18,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
- Uncapped commission target of £2,725 (in addition to basic salary)
- Minimum on-target earnings of £26,125+ per year

- Full-time hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays), 09:00-17:00 (one in four Saturdays, with a day off in lieu)

Responsibilities:
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
- Handling deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventories
Skills and Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving license
- Experience in property management or related customer-facing/admin roles
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Good telephone manner
Additional Eligibility Criteria:
- Legal right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate)
- Proof of address, National Insurance, and driver's license check
