We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our successful haart Estate Agents team in Peterborough. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a busy lettings portfolio, win new business, and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike. - Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (Dependent on experience)

- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
