Main Purpose of the role:
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading Independent Estate Agency business. We are investing in the future of Estate Agency and Partnerships with high-flying individuals. You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts within the local community to generate referrals, and growing the Estate Agency network. Utilizing a nearby super hub office, you will value and convert market appraisal opportunities, supported by a marketing budget, and convert these properties into instructions. You will oversee the instructions to completion, with support from sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff based at the hub office to manage the customer journey after the property goes on the market. This role is unique within the property sector. We seek individuals with at least 4+ years of Estate Agency experience who want the responsibility to run their own area within an employed environment, enjoying the flexibility of working from home and in an office. The Role:
This is a FULLY EMPLOYED position. Our Partners have the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility to become the best Estate Agent in their area. They provide comprehensive services from valuation to sale completion.
Support:
This is not a self-employed position. We provide extensive support to help our Partners grow a successful business, including access to our learning and development team, support from a Local Property Centre, industry-leading technology, and marketing to boost local brand awareness.

The ideal Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, generating business, marketing their personal brand, and offering exceptional customer experiences.
