Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Qualifications and Requirements

  • No previous experience is required, we provide full training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities for career progression.
  • If you're ambitious, motivated, and ready to learn, this is a great chance to build a rewarding career in the fast-paced property industry.
  • Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old
  • Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car

Remuneration and Working Hours

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
