- Complete on‑target earnings of £120,000 + £40,000 – £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- £3,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at a branch manager position or higher

- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
