We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Guildford office to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You will handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and conduct property inspections.
- Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals.
- Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
- Process deposit returns.
- Resolve rental arrears.
- Handle eviction requests.
- Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage complaints.
- Complete all check‐in and check‐out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of previous experience in a Property Manager role.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic‐only licences not accepted).
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work: passport or birth certificate, proof of address, National Insurance number, driver's licence check.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic salary range: £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission expected to add up to £5,400.
- Minimum on‐target earnings range: £29,000 to £36,000 per year.

- Full‐time hours: 08:30‐18:00 weekdays, 09:00‐17:00 every fourth Saturday (day‐in‐lieu).
