Spicerhaart is seeking an Externals Associate to perform field inspections, inventories, and tenancy appointments across Somerset. You’ll work independently with an experienced team to protect landlord assets, support compliance, and enable smooth tenancy lifecycles.
Core duties include property visits, inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and reporting with evidence. A full UK driving licence, property experience, and ARLA or willingness to pursue are desirable.
