What You'll Be Doing
As a Move Manager, you'll be the vital link between buyers, sellers, and key stakeholders in the home buying journey. Your role will involve:
- Registering client details and keeping accurate records
- Managing multiple property sales at various stages of progression
- Chasing and coordinating with key stakeholders, including:
- Mortgage advisers or lenders
- Solicitors
- Buyers and vendors
- Surveyors
- Any other parties involved in the process
- Proof of ID
- Mortgage agreements
- Insurance policies
