Are you a motivated, people-focused individual excited to build a future in the property industry? We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Agent to join our team - no experience required. In this hands-on role, you will become a key part of our lettings operation: supporting tenants and landlords, learning how to manage property viewings, handling enquiries, and helping match people with their perfect home. From day one, you will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing development, all backed by the largest independent property group in the UK. Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.

Training & Onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
