The Role

Are you a forward-thinking finance leader who loves solving big challenges, driving innovation, and influencing what happens next? You’ll work closely with our Group Finance Director and Executive Team to lead major projects that fuel growth, boost performance, and create long-term value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and evolving our long-term business and financial strategy to support serious growth ambitions and future investment.
  • Leading cost improvement and efficiency projects—using AI, automation and smart data to transform how we work.
  • Influencing decisions at Board level with powerful insight and financial storytelling.

You’ll also get hands on with:

  • Creating a 5-year financial roadmap to support both organic and M&A growth.
  • Supporting acquisitions—including financial evaluation and due diligence.
  • Company valuation and funding work.
  • Embedding AI, automation and next-level data visualisation.
  • Reviewing reward and incentive structures.

What we are looking for:

You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5-10 years PQE, who’s confident working in a fast-moving environment and ready to step up. You’ll bring:

  • Strong financial modelling and planning skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
  • Background in system upgrades, automation, or data‑led transformation.
