Responsibilities
- Liaise with vendors and buyers and coordinate property viewings
- Negotiate offers and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Market properties to attract buyers using diverse techniques
- Generate new and repeat business; canvass local area
- Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards
- Collaborate in a positive, team-oriented environment
Key requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service reputation
