The Role: In this fully employed position, partners operate under a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Support: This is not a self‑employed position; we provide learning and development teams, local property centre support, advanced technology and industry‑leading marketing to help raise your local brand awareness.
Our Partners: The best partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the top estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, obsessing over business generation, marketing their personal brand and, most importantly, offering customers an experience they can rave about.
