Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is the specialist Asset Management division of the Spicerhaart Group. Based in Blackpool, we manage and sell properties for a wide variety of corporate clients throughout the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing properties proactively, in line with client service level agreements.
- Liaising with clients in line with our customer service standards, always aiming for fairness and transparency.
- Coordination with external parties to obtain information, documentation, and progress properties.
- Reviewing information from third parties and creating recommendations based on supporting evidence.
- Recommending solutions to problems and communicating them in a timely and professional manner.
- Responding to communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Ensuring I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
