Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Brixton are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing property management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio in a fast-paced London market, supported by industry-leading training, a company car, and uncapped commission potential. Benefits

  • £33,600 to £41,100 OTE per annum consisting of: Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience, and an additional £9,600 earnings expected through our commission scheme

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day-in-lieu)

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, incl. full inventory reports
  • Potential to work from other offices when opportunities present themselves, including Dulwich

Training

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills

Driving Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.
