- As a Trainee Lettings Agent at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping, you will receive:
- £30000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Elite bonus scheme
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Agent at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
