This role involves generating new business by engaging with landlords and tenants, building relationships, and using methods such as cold calling, local canvassing, and social media outreach.

As a Lettings Adviser, you will receive:
- Β£25,000 basic salary
- Β£37,000 on target earnings

Your training will start with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
- Daily learning led by industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester during training, depending on travel distance
- A second week of training within your first five to six weeks
As a Lettings Adviser, you will:
- Meet your business targets regularly
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties to let
- Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting
- Lead door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
- Engage in daily 1:1 coaching and business development meetings
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, prospecting, social media, and leaflet activities, building your personal brand
- Handle inbound calls and register applicants effectively
- Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews from clients

Minimum requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Own vehicle in good condition
