We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Management Manager to join our team in Stratford. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead and develop our property management service whilst making a real impact on the success of our growing portfolio. What you’ll be doing as a Senior Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Stratford:
- Managing a team of property managers
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
- Property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Senior Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Stratford:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as manager of a property management team within residential property management
- Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Develop your team to advance their careers
- Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
Driving Requirements:
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
- To be eligible for a car allowance, your vehicle must be less than 5 years old
- Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position and choosing to use your own vehicle)
