Location: Banner Cross (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location)

Accountable to: Area Director of Partnerships

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £50,000 to £65,000 per year – total on‑target earnings (including basic salary and commission)
  • £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • A company car or fuel allowance

Role Overview:

As a Spicerhaart Partner you will operate as a fully‑employed estate agent with the flexibility of a self‑employed model, providing end‑to‑end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale. We provide training, lead management, technology and marketing support from central teams to help you build a local client base and grow your brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full estate agency service to clients, from valuation through marketing to completion
  • Build and maintain local relationships and a personal brand to generate business
  • Use our central lead management system and marketing tools to attract and retain clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (right to work evidence required, e.g., passport)
  • Proof of address and National Insurance details
