We’re looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Slough branch. This is a great opportunity for a driven negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
You’ll be building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of service at every stage. - Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
