What you will receive as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Luton:
- £25,000 basic salary
- On-target earnings of £37,000 per year

Training and onboarding:
- One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Industry-leading training, both one-to-one and in groups
- Daily learning with industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
- A second training week within the first 5-6 weeks
Your impact as a Sales Adviser:
- Meet all business targets regularly
- Act as the custodian of valuation activities within the branch
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via outbound calls using ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale
- Prepare updates for weekly valuation meetings
- Lead door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
- Engage in regular 1:1 coaching sessions
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Communicate frequently with local LOTS customers to close valuation opportunities
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, prospecting, social media, and leaflet activities
- Handle inbound calls, registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek 5-star reviews from satisfied customers to enhance reputation

Additional requirements:

- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle in good condition
