Join the U.K’s largest independent property services group as a Property Management Area Director in the East Midlands, where you will lead the property management service we provide across an entire region, with multiple managerial teams reporting in to you.

What's on offer:

  • Basic salary range of £40,000 to £55,000 per year, dependant on experience
  • Additional £15,000 performance-related pay

  • 8:30am-6:00pm working hours (Monday to Friday)

  • Significant experience in Property Management
  • Clear understanding of current lettings and property management legislation
