What is on offer to you?

  • £50000+ per year complete on-target earnings
  • £20000 to £27500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience
  • One month of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline, followed by a 'business builder' scheme.

Main Purpose of the role:

The Spicerhaart group are the UK’s leading Independent Estate Agency business. We are investing in the future of Estate Agency and Partnerships with high flying individuals. You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. Everything from making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing through to developing business contacts with the local constituencies in order to further referrals and the Estate Agency network. With the use of a super hub office nearby you will also value and convert the market appraisal opportunities that you get on (along with the help of a healthy marketing budget) and convert these properties to instructions. The instructions will then be overseen by you to completion, however, you will utilise the nearby hub office where there will be sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to deal with the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market. This is an exciting and totally unique role within the property sector. We are looking for people who have had at least 4 years+ Estate Agency experience and above that want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment, however also would like the flexibility of working from home as well as in an office environment. The Role:

In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.

Support:

This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include support from our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology, and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

The best Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to want to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand, and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.

We are currently conducting all interviews using video software.
