The Role:
In this FULLY EMPLOYED position Our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.
Support:
This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include from our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

The best Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to want to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
