What do you need to be good at?
- Engage with people from all walks of life and hold conversations to establish their needs and wants, communicating effectively through email, phone, face‑to‑face, and video for social channels.
- Master multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
- Maintain relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to maximise opportunities while sustaining high customer service and engagement.
- Collaborate with peers within your branch to build relationships that assist in identifying referral opportunities.
- Take accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
- Present a strong front‑camera presence to engage and attract your audience, maximizing reach.
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in‑branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
- Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance teams and the Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver the highest possible level of customer service.
Working Hours:
This role is full‑time office based. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00 Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00 Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

- It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification.
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
- We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.
- To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process you will need:

- Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
- Passport or Birth Certificate
