The Role:
In this fully employed position, partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support:
This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, a local property centre, top‑tier technology, and industry‑leading marketing to raise local brand awareness.
Our Partners:
The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the leading estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, obsessing over business generation, marketing their personal brand, and most importantly offering customers an experience they can rave about.
