Darlows Estate Agents in Rumney are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of the home buying process, excel within a busy administrative role, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in progressing property sales from offer to successful completion, communicating with all key stakeholders along the way.     • Be able to pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases at one time, and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion.

    What’s on offer to you:

    • Basic annual salary is between £17,500 to £22,000 (Depending on experience).
    • Move Manager Scheme - Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
    • 80% - £250
    • 90% - £500
    • 100% - £750
