We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Ipswich office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich:

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills

Driving Requirements:

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
  • We cannot accept automatic-only licences at this time

  • We will also need Proof of Address, National Insurance, Drivers Licence Check
  • At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.

  • Hotel stay whilst training in Colchester is dependent on your travel distance to our Head Office location.
