Mortgage & Protection Adviser - work from home with lead source provided.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
  • Must be based in England or South Wales
  • A minimum of 2 years demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice
  • Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities and competitors
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
  • Passionate about Just Mortgages, our values and processes
  • A hunger to earn. A drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication

As an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, we would expect you to:

  • Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business
  • Maximise opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
  • Evidence adequate space / internet speed

  • Basic annual salary £24,000 - £28,000 depending on your experience + guaranteed monthly amount whilst you build your pipeline for up to 6 months

  • Communicating effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels
  • Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
  • Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
  • Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals
  • Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
  • Having a strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach
  • Wanting to do an excellent job, not just for you. The WIN! WIN! WIN! for you, the team, but most importantly your customer
  • Being self-motivated and proactive

  • Full CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, National Insurance, Drivers Licence Check
