Accountable to: Director of Partnerships

What is on offer to you?

  • £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
  • £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme.

If you passion for estate agency and helping people move, but desire to build your own customer base and work in a local area that you are passionate about, then we want to hear from you. The role will be tailored by you, and your results will be reflected by your marketing flair, sales skills and customer service. With local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support, you will have considerable support to succeed.

The Role

In this fully employed position, our partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.

Support

This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. The support includes our learning and development team, local property centre, technology, and industry‑leading marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
