As part of the accounts team, you’ll take ownership of processing company expenses and invoices with precision, ensuring everything is handled in line with company policy and legislative requirements. Beyond this, you’ll support a range of accounts payable duties, working closely with your manager to keep operations running smoothly. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the smooth running of the company’s Accounts Payable and Expenses function
  • Ensuring expenses and invoices are correctly authorised in line with company policy
  • Checking and coding employee expense claims and invoices
  • Communicating with employees to enforce company policy
  • Inputting invoices and expenses into the system
  • Understanding and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
  • Using Excel spreadsheets for importing multi-site invoices
  • Managing multiple mailboxes
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Filing, scanning and performing ad hoc duties as required
