Position: Client Services Advisor

Reports to: Financial Services Director
OTE: £35,000
A day in the life of a Lead Generator:
- Make contact with all leads provided with a view to arranging an appointment with a mortgage and protection advisor.
- Ensure all appointments are confirmed with the customer and mortgage advisor using the pre-confirmation process.
- Ensure all appointments are booked using the outlook diary system for the appropriate Mortgage Adviser or New Build Specialist.
- Maximise all opportunities for mortgage appointments from the leads provided.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of excellent adviser and management team relationships.
- Work as part of the Client Services Team to assist the Operations Manager in the development of new projects and working relationships.
- Develop and maintain a good level of mortgage knowledge.
- Regular use of your 1-31 system to keep in regular contact with customers at all times.
- Focus efforts and actions on achieving mutually agreed business targets.
