- £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings.
- £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Main Purpose of the role
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading Independent Estate Agency business. We are investing in the future of Estate Agency with our Partnership model, providing a great opportunity for you to build ‘your career – your way’. As a Partner you will provide an end‑to‑end service for your customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale, build your own customer base and work in a local area you are passionate about.
Support
Although you have the flexibility of a self‑employed model, you will benefit from the support of a team, including learning and development, local Property Centre assistance, industry‑leading marketing and concierge telephony support.
