A day in the life of a Sales Manager at Spicerhaart Land & New Homes includes:
- Attending branch morning meetings and holding ring out/sprint sessions with the estate agency team.
- Checking all registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contact and mortgage appointments from the previous day.
- Following up on all referrals and ensuring feedback is given to site.
- Identifying opportunities for new business, contacting applicants following appointments to offer New Homes where applicable.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Land & New Homes Department.
- Leading, motivating, training and managing the residential teams.
- Overseeing the sales progression.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers and internal departments such as financial services and legal.
- Completing weekly reports for clients.
What you need to bring to the table:
- A willingness to continuously develop yourself and negotiators.
- A strong track record on achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in managing a similar role.
- Estate agency or new homes experience required.
- Ability to develop and build on B2B relationships, maximise group revenue, oversee quality of instructions made through your consultants and deliver on the New Homes budget.
