As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Chelmsford you will receive:

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • A guaranteed commission for your first two months whilst you build your pipeline
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
