We are looking for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in lettings, winning instructions and generating new business. This is more than just a negotiating role. You will play a key part in growing our lettings portfolio, building long‑term relationships with landlords and identifying opportunities to bring new properties to market. From winning instructions and conducting valuations to negotiating tenancies and delivering exceptional customer service, you will be at the heart of our branch’s success.

- Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market

- A focus on generating new and repeat business
