Your Role as a Property Manager
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
- Handling evictions and ensuring regulatory health and safety compliance.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing complaints and completing detailed inventory reports during check-ins and check-outs.

- Full UK Driving Licence (valid)
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
