As Branch Manager at Darlows Estate Agents you'll have the opportunity to shape our presence in Wales's capital city while driving exceptional results. We're seeking an experienced estate agent with at least 2 years' senior-level experience who can leverage their understanding of Cardiff's unique property landscape to drive business growth. You'll mentor and develop your team, build strong relationships across the city's diverse communities, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and compliance. A day in the life of a Branch Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff:

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Encouraging your team's development and progression
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills of a Branch Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
