An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Account Manager to join a growing commercial team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity into long term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM, engaging professionally and confidently with potential customers.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and targeted prospect lists.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.
