Job Title: Business Sales Executive

Location: LE10- Hinckley

Salary: £23-£26k (DOE)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8:45am to 17:00pm

Role Overview:
As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by contacting companies and gathering valuable insights into their HR and legal practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead fact-finding conversations with companies to uncover insights into their HR and legal practices.
2. Engage with key decision-makers to identify areas where they may need support.
3. Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to schedule qualified appointments for further discussions and follow-ups.
4. Be comfortable making a high volume of calls each day while consistently hitting your performance targets.
