We are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing engineering-focused business who are seeking a highly organised Business Administrator on a part-time basis, ideally 3 days per week.
This varied role will support day-to-day operations including:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Customer and supplier liaison
- Raising invoices, purchase orders and remittances
- Producing KPIs and managing spreadsheets
- Supporting ISO 9001 processes (training provided)
- Handling general enquiries and progress chasing
Ideal Skills:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel)
- Financial/admin experience
- Customer-facing experience
- QuickBooks (or similar), MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation, numeracy and attention to detail
