Spherical Search has recently partnered with a well-established Analytical Testing and CRO services organisation specialising in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The company works with a broad range of pharmaceutical, biologics, and device organisations on a global scale.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Director to lead operational performance at our South Wales site. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the business (excluding commercial and business development), ensuring we meet scientific, quality, delivery, and financial objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong scientific and operational leadership capabilities with a visible, hands‑on presence across the organisation. While this is not a commercial role, the Site Director must understand the business landscape and the financial drivers behind decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring efficient delivery of scientific and GMP services.
- Maintain and develop operational systems, processes, and quality frameworks.
- Provide clear leadership to scientific and operational teams, fostering a collaborative and engaged workplace.
- Manage site P&L, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Drive alignment with broader company processes, policies, and strategic objectives.

We are looking for a Site Director with:
