Employment Type: 24/7/365 DuPont shift schedule, including bank holidays. 12‑hour shifts: 7am–7pm (Day) and 7pm–7am (Night). The 4‑week rotating rota is 4 Nights, 3 Days Off / 3 Days, 1 Day Off, 3 Nights / 3 Days Off, 4 Days / 7 Days Off.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites.

We are an Automation‑First IT Managed Service Provider, delivering excellence in IT automation, problem‑solving, programming, and new ways of working. This role is part of a growing technical operations team providing IT managed services and automation solutions across diverse business sectors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, overseeing a wide range of infrastructure, network, and security operations.
- Providing day‑to‑day technical support in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Maintaining relationships with high‑profile clients and stakeholders.
- Adhering to best practices to ensure reliability and security of customers’ technical operations.
- Continuously building on a strong technical background and gaining practical experience with innovative IT solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles, including routing, switching, and WAN/LAN technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of firewall solutions (physical and virtual) and expertise in Fortinet SDWAN, Firewall Switch technologies, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Meraki Wi‑Fi.
- Experience with IT security controls: SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection.
- Ability to work within a demanding shift pattern and provide uninterrupted support.
